Delivery
Please be mindful that all of our items are custom made, we aim to offer a service in which some of our items may be delivered much quicker than others, this allows customers to make alternative orders for items that may be needed in a much quicker time scale.
We would like to kindly explain that all of our delivery time scales are estimated and with customer service being our main priority, we aim to deliver all goods as promptly as possible. Please understand that in rare circumstances delivery times may change due to issues with third parties such as couriers and although we try our hardest to avoid this, these are completely out of our control.
Product faults or Damages
Please kindly inspect your order upon receiving it- if your item has a defect or if you have received the wrong item contact us as soon as possible using our online order form. All of our items are thoroughly checked and photographed before dispatch, If for any reason a part to your item was damaged we would do our absolute best to rectify this.
Cancellation of Bespoke Orders.
If cancellation is required whilst your bespoke order is in production, please notify us using our online form. Please understand that due to production costs, a reasonable cost may not be refunded.
Deposits for Bespoke Orders
we are happy to arrange a deposit of £500 for a customised order. As stated above part/all of this may be non refundable if you were to cancel your order.
Cancellation of Orders Received from our online store.
You have 14 days to cancel from the day after delivery date. Please kindly inform us of any cancelation using our online returns form. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your order. Please note that you will have to cover costs to return your item to us. Any Refund amount may be reduced for any unnecessary handling. Pleas note that our team very carefully quality check all items before dispatch in which photos and videos are taken of each item. Please ensure that any cancelled orders are returned in the same condition that they were received in and kindly ensure all packaging is kept in a suitable condition. Products should be returned in all original packaging if possible.
