Delivery & Returns

  • We currently only ship to the United Kingdom for online orders. If you require shipping to destinations over seas, we are happy to accommodate you however can we kindly ask that you please contact us for a shipping quotation, if you are happy with our quotation you can then place your order directly with us.

  • UK Orders:

    If you purchase an item from our online shop we aim to deliver your item within 2-6 working days.

    Pre-Order Items:

    If an online item is out of stock you can still pre-order however delivery time can range between 60-90 days. Please message us as we may be getting certain items arriving in stock a lot sooner.

    Overseas Orders:

    Please enquire before purchasing and we can arrange a delivery time with you before your purchase.

  • All Bespoke items are handcrafted to your own specifications which will take longer. Please allow 60-90 days to receive your order. Overseas deliveries may take longer, please contact us using our online form for more information on arranging a bespoke order to be delivered outside of the UK. We are happy to discuss additional time scaled and delivery charges with you.

  • ​Cancellation of Bespoke Orders.

    If cancellation is required whilst your bespoke order is in production, please notify us using our online form. Please understand that due to production costs, a reasonable cost may not be refunded.

    Deposits for Bespoke Orders

    we are happy to arrange a deposit of £500 for a customised order. As stated above part/all of this may be non refundable if you were to cancel your order.

    Cancellation of Orders Received from our online store.

    You have 14 days to cancel from the day of delivery. Please kindly inform us of any cancelation using our online returns form. We will then provide ou with instructions on how to return your order. Please note that you will have to cover costs to return your item to us. Any Refund amount may be reduced for any unnecessary handling. Pleas note that our team very carefully quality check all items before dispatch in which photos and videos are taken of each item. Please ensure that any cancelled orders are returned in the same condition that they were received in and kindly ensure all packaging is kept in a suitable condition. Ideally Products should be returned in all original packaging.

    Organising delivery:

    If an incorrect address has been provided, please note that if a delivery attempt has already been made, you may be liable to pay a new delivery charge. Before delivering our team will contact you to arrange a time that someone will be home so that we can prevent a wasted delivery attempt, Please also note that if you are not home when a delivery attempt has been made you may also be liable to pay for new delivery charges.

  • We Charge £100 Delivery fee for all UK Destinations due to size and weight.

  • Pre Order Items: If an item is listed as ‘Pre Order’, this means that it is currently in production. There i a possibility this item make be only a couple of weeks away. If you require your item by a particular date, we advise you to send our team whatsap message on +447581072325 to find out when we expect this item to be arriving in stock before ordering.
